Tour Pricing & Booking / Change / Cancel Considerations

• All prices and transactions are based on US dollars and are subject to change until a deposit is posted to lock in the selling price and promotions.
• Pricing shown is based on Winter 2027 departures and reflects all current discount options

DEPOSITS
Level 2 Tour deposit is $350 per person and is nonrefundable. If airfare is requested through Insight Vacations, an additional nonrefundable air deposit of $350 is required to secure a reservation with the air carrier.  Air balances are paid with final tour payments. IMPORTANT - air pricing is subject to change until ticketed.

FINAL PAYMENTS
​Final balance are due 97 days prior to departure -  NOVEMBER 24, 2026.

If you have to cancel:
Sometimes life happens and even the best plans have to be re-evaluated.  The following timeline applies to this Level 2 Tour with Insight:

• Cancel more than 90 days prior to departure - loss of tour deposit and air deposit if air is included
• Cancel after final payment but prior to 31 days before departure - 50% Cancellation penalty
• Cancel from 30 days until 2 days prior to departure - 80% Cancellation penalty
• Cancel 1 day before or on day of departure - 100%

TRAVEL PROTECTION

To help protect you in the event of cancellation or medical emergency while traveling, we recommend the purchase of travel protection through the supplier or through our third party provider, ARCH Advantage Plus.  Insight offers protection (without air) at $499 per person, payable with deposit.  Details on our recommended ARCH Advantage Plus coverage and pricing, which is based on trip costs and age at the time of purchase, can be provided at the time of booking.
